We guarantee all our work for defects and problems. It is extremely rare for there to be any problem with our products. Our customers have loved us for 15 years (customer reviews). But we know that there is always a small chance that something may have happend to your rock (it broke during shipping for example) or a mispelling or the rock does not match your proof if you requested one. Should something like that occur, we will always recreate the rock and ship it to you free of charge, guaranteed.

For normal orders, we will always ship on or before the date given at time of sale. We are the engravers and not middle-men.
